Beautiful flat Trocadéro / Eiffel Tower

The check-in was less than ideal (delayed), but the apartment itself is gorgeous, well located, and very comfortable. The building is safe and has everything nearby - bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport, etc. The host also helped us with luggage storage on check-out day.

This is the only place i will be staying in Paris from now on. It’s safe, the space is beautiful, modern and clean. I loved it. The communication was top notch and so close to the public transport. One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Fabio's apartment is in a perfect location to be close to major attractions in Paris. The Eiffel Tower was around the corner with an amazing bridge to view it and take pictures. The Louvre was about a 20-25 min walk away and the walk is just gorgeous! Great museums near by and tons of cute cafes. It is a pretty simple apartment - not too many bells and whistles - which was good for my husband and I, we didn't plan on being in the apartment much anyway. Check in and check out were amazing! Everyone we spoke with was super friendly and fast to respond. It feels like it was in a very safe building which was great as well. The only complaint we had was that the overhead shower didn't work. You had to use the handheld rod. This wasn't the worst thing in the world but we reached out to our check in contact and he just said that it was broken and sorry for the inconvenience. I understand it isn't his responsibility but I think we just felt like we had to make due. Besides that, the bed is comfy and good to lounge on after a long day exploring the city. Comfortable studio apartment, close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street. Two great boulangeries on the same block (including one open on Sundays). Nice and close to the President Wilson Market (Wednesdays & Sundays), Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triumph. Love this neighborhood. Best shower pressure ever.
