The best thing about this apartment is the location and how big it is. The worst thing is that it’s managed by a company, so any questions about the place are immediately acknowledged, but are not actually answered for several hours because they seem to direct all questions to the owner. Some other pain points: the young man who checked us in did not show us where the trash goes; additionally, there was almost no toilet paper or trash bags at the apartment when we got there; the dish washer was ineffective, so all the dishes in the dish washer when we arrived were completely dirty, as were the dishes in the cabinets; there’s just random junk/old toiletries from previous travelers stashed away in drawers which is a bit offputting. The smallest of the two bathrooms has a wobbly toilet that thumps every time you use it, and the bathroom’s glass shelf is completely slanted so anything you set on it falls off, sometimes straight into the toilet if the lid is up.. Worst of all, for a place that can sleep 6 people, there is only ONE key, which is highly inconvenient. (When I asked if there were more keys, I had to wait HOURS to be told no, because the management company apparently doesn’t have this information handy...) Considering the price, location, space, and all the not-so-small inconveniences, I’d say you’re getting what you pay for. In short, it’s not a very cozy space, but it is cheap and practical.

Wilfredo's place was bigger than we expected, in a quiet residential area downtown with a lot of stores and restaurants around. The place gives you access to a little shared backyard, but we never saw anyone there. It was very private and birds were singing in the morning. The place was sparkling clean and updated. I think it's an outstanding value for the price in downtown Paris, where a single hotel room can cost around $300/night. We traveled with a 15 month old daughter and used a large stroller all the time. It was very convenient as Wilfredo's place is located on the ground floor with wide entrance door and a lot of space inside to park the stroller. We felt more comfortable than we expected. There was no shampoo or liquid soap provided which is acceptable for the value of the place just not something I expected. But plenty of stores around so that's not a problem. We were able to connect to some free wi-fi spot and were using it all the time. So it appeared not having wi-fi provided was not a problem. It would be very inconvenient without it, even though we were prepared for it, but things worked out. Thank you Wilfredo for letting us stay at your place, our Paris experience was very enjoyable!

Excellent condition and location. There were wonderful restaurants nearby and a lot of tourist attractions very close.

Extremely quiet, modern, clean, well appointed apartment in the heart of 7th arrondissement. Two sizeable bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a great kitchen. Be aware that, at time of writing, there's no place for hanging clothes; quite important for your fancy Parisian outfits. Go to the end of the road for a gorgeous patisserie and look to your left to be greeted by the stunning Tour Eiffel. So much is in walking distance; you can even get to Versailles from the closest RER station (Invalides). The apartment is ground floor and very close to the main entrance. There's even a small private garden!
