★ Central apartment - République

The owner rents out the flat under very different from advertised conditions. During our 6 day stay there was roof renovation which means very noisy construction works from 8 am.with a noise level up to the point impossible to stay inside the flat (because it is an attick flat), never mind sleeping, and no view over Paris, in fact even no access to the window at all, as it is all covered with a thick rubber, so we could not get any sunlight or even some fresh air. We were never notified on this condition, however, on arrival we were said that renovations are regular, hence, I do not recommend to stay at this place, as your stay may be the same. Also the flat is not clean: there were large stains on the walls, the floor was not clean, and there are tons of ants.

Great room for a quick trip to Paris - central, simple and clean

Small cosy apartment in a perfect location to do tourism around the city. Clean and tidy with a nice view over Paris buildings through the window. Perfect for a estance where to visit this amazing city. Huge point for Thomas, the sitter, who meet us twice on the day allowing us to leave the bags, caring for our time to make the most of Paris, and then to do the check in where he made sure everything was working in perfect conditions and gave us some tips to explore the city. Will come back for sure!

Cozy apartment just close to Republique, very lovely with a nice view of the tower. The place has everything you need just around: a boulangerie, a (bio❤️) supermarket, a liquor store and some cute restaurants.
