★ Studio idéal pour un couple - Coeur de Paris

This was the perfect location near a metro stop and walkable to local attractions & the Seine river! Just keep in mind that the apartment is in a walk up building, however, the studio has a well designed living space. Enjoyed my stay here!

Beautiful and trendy space! Well worth your time! It is on the third floor with no lift but it is such a nice place! It is quite enchanting and I wanted to spend a lot of time there!

Nice place in very good point in the midle of Paris Its in 3th floor The apartment is divided in a strange way. And the floor is not the most aesthetic. But it was predictable and quite answered the price

Our stay at Germain's place was exceptional - the flat is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The flat was really cozy and was nicely furnished with everything you could need. The location was beyond amazing, only a 5 minute walk to the Notre Dame and 15 minutes to the Louvre, really could not have asked to be situated in a better place. On top of that there are many nice coffee shops and boulangeries nearby to check out. Germain and Bnbsitter were great and check-in/check-out was super convenient, and they made sure to let us know that we could go to them for anything. Thank you for letting us stay and would definitely stay again!

Une déception. On ne cherche ni du lux, ni un appartement 5 étoiles. Mais le studio de Germain ne nous convenait malheureusement pas du tout. On a fait demi-tour en arrivant, et nous avons bien trouvé une chambre d'hôtel très sympa pour le même prix! Les meubles ont l'air très vieux, l'ensemble du studio était mal soigné et plus ou moins sale. Domage! Le studio serait très bien situé. La réception et la communication étaient excellent. Leider eine Enttäuschung. Wir suchten weder Luxus, noch eine 5-Sterne-Wohnung, aber das Studio von Germain gefiel uns gar nicht. Wir reisten auf der Stelle ab und fanden zum gleichen Preis ein wunderbares Hotelzimmer. Die Möbel sind alt und ungepflegt, die ganze Wohnung war ziemlich schmutzig. Schade, denn das Studio wäre ideal gelegen. Gar nichts zu bemängeln gibt es beim Empfang durch die Sub-Vermieter sowie deren Kommunikation. Alles sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
