Nice and calm flat with a sunny balcony

Our stay at Benjamin’s was great. We stayed for 4 nights and having extra space than just a hotel room was really nice. We also made sure to use the balcony every night to just unwind. We walked to the Canal, went over to the Bastille area, and really used the metro to get around as it was so convenient. Communication with the host was great and super easy! We checked in a little early and though the space wasn’t ready, we dropped our bags and went out to start exploring which was really nice. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to Paris!

We had a nice stay here. The location was not as central as we would’ve liked but the metro is literally 2 min away so makes it easy to get to places. We enjoyed the light space of the lounge room and the balcony which is very Parisian. Some issues were there was washing left in the washing machine that we had to deal with and little things like bin liners were not in bins and the bin was smelly! Other than that - we liked the apartment - very roomy!

Cerca del metro. El barrio es muy tranquilo, varios comercios chinos y europeos a pocas cuadras. El apartamento es hermoso pero son 5 pisos por escaleras.

Das Badezmmer hat hat gestunken. War etwas eklig. Ebenso waren Fliegen im Wohnzimmer. Keine Ahnung weshalb, aber war ebenfalls etwas eklig. Das Zimmer war im 5. Stockwerk OHNE Lift. 90 Treppen in den 5 Stock mit Gepäck und Koffer ist nicht lustig und nicht reisefreundlich. Müsste definitiv erwähnt werden. Gut war der Check in.

This is a nice space in a great location. The large, sunny living room and balcony are the best features. The bedroom is on the courtyard side and was very quiet. Check in with the bnbsitter was easy. The kitchen is very small (as pictured) and could use a renovation. Pack light - it’s a five floor walkup, though the balcony made it worthwhile.
