★ Central Charming Studio - Nice

Great location! Really close to the public bus stop where we could take #23 straight to the airport. And the aircon was amazing during this period of heatwave. Really appreciate the early check-in as I had arrived real early in the morning. A 20-30min walk to the beach which passes by all the shops and old town. It was quiet at night too since it is a residential area. Both the sofa bed and the second foldout was comfortable. The unlocking of the door was a bit confusing and there could be more toiletries but very satisfied overall :)

I stayed in Giacomo’s flat for 10 nights. It was very clean and comfortable. Bed linen, and towels were provided for us too. The flat was in a great location, with a tram line and train station within walking distance. We used the tram daily to bring us to the beach and local restaurants. The train was in a great location and great for traveling along the coast. Giacomo was a great host and very easy to contact with any questions or queries. Would definitely recommend his flat :)

Nice location and very convenient to different cities and tourists' sites. Clean, safe and comfortable.

Ottima posizione, non lontana dalla stazione e dal centro, tram e pullman vicini, presenza di supermercati a 300 metri, consigliatissimo, accoglienza perfetta e host disponibilissimo

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zusehen ist sehr hell und freundlich und für zwei Personen optimal. Wirklich gut war es auch einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine zu haben. Wenn ich mal Fragen hatte, habe ich Giacomo einfach angeschrieben und gefragt und spätestens innerhalb von 5 Minuten kam eine Antwort zurück und er hat sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert und hatte Lösungen parat, das war wirklich klasse. Ein zwei Dinge haben allerdings gestört oder waren anders als beschrieben, zum Beispiel der Weg zum Strand war nicht 15 Minuten lang sonder 20-25 Minuten (Ps. Wir sind im normalen Tempo gelaufen bedeutet nicht zügig und auch nicht geschlendert). Und zuletzt noch das Bett es war nicht unbequem aber bequem ist anders, es ist halt ein Schlafsofa und dafür war es ok.
