★ Cozy studio 15th floor - Eiffel Tower view

The place has a great view and is really comfortable. Sophie‘s (landlady) support is all the time there, she gives recommendations and a lot of helpful tips. She is also always ready to help. The room is big, and fresh. Everything is clean and perfect. A great value for the money.

Sophie’s place was great! Location was in a very cool area with many restaurants and bakeries and not too far from the big tourist attractions. She was very helpful in getting us settled in as giving us the run down on how to get around in Paris As well as recommendations on what to do. The only issue, that was out of the host’s hands, was the heat wave going on while we were there without A/C. There was a fan in the room and it did get cool at night with the breeze from the balcony. The views from there are a nice touch to the whole place. I would recommend!

A very nice and clean apartment with that little extra. We loved living on the 15th floor and looking at the Eiffel Tower at night. Even though the apartment is not in the city center the metro is right around the corner. So is a bakery and a supermarket and various nice restaurants. Everything about this place is exactly as described and better. Sophie was a great host and responded to all of my messages always immediately. She was very attentive and made sure that everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this place and Sophie as a host.

The “shoebox in the sky” is a great place to land after long days in Paris. Sophie was very helpful through the whole process and made sure my daughter and myself had a great time in this wonderful city! Should we make our way back to Paris one day we will look to book with Sophie again!

Sophie is the best host you will ever come across in Paris. She is very organised and personally keeps up to date with her customers. This little shoebox welcomes all sorts of people and provides the everything you can possibly think of: a beautiful view, hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, convenience. It's an all in one box, absolutely amazing. Highly highly recommended!!
