★ Charming Apartment - Eiffel Tower

The apartment is lovely and authentically Parisian. Located near the Eiffel Tower and about an hour’s walk from the Louvre (or a much shorter transit ride), the apartment is in a great location. Paris’ subway system is excellent and easy to navigate and there are stations all over the place. There are wonderful Persian restaurants on the same street as the apartment. Cheminée, which is next door, is especially great. The apartment is also located a two-minute walk from a lovely park that’s perfect for working out, doing yoga, or relaxing. The apartment is small and uses the space really efficiently (e.g. the closet is beneath the bed and there’s a small kitchen). Very interesting design. There’s a queen size bed and a pull out couch. The space is optimal for two people. Four people would be crowded, but if you’re only using the apartment as a place to sleep—rather than hanging out in it a great deal—then it should be fine. The check-in and check out system was very smooth and Audrey was responsive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience :)

We had a nice stay, the room was same with the pictures. It was comfortable and the location of the apartment was good. The only problem we had was the induction cooking which had some problems. We had hard time to turn it on, even our sitter had troubles.

Séjour très agréable dans l’appartement très bien agencé et bien situé. L'hôte a été très réactive lorsque la société chargée du ménage a oublié de nous mettre à disposition les serviettes de bain.

This place was AMAZING, metro stations very close, reliable hosts, very safe (we walked at midnight a couple times) very cute and clean space, any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, area was great! Our stay in Paris was beautiful! It is on the 4th floor with out elevators but we had no problem with that at all! Outstanding place!!!! We will definitely be back!

The place is so well thought out and clean, great location as it’s close to the Eiffel Tower as well as buses and a metro station. The only thing was that instructions were only in french so we had trouble with the heating even with a french speaker & there was no toilet roll when we arrived. The apartment beds were both very comfortable and everyone was delighted with our stay. Would stay there again.
