Sylvie’s place is so amazing. Comfortable, convenient and with a safe neighborhood! It’s gonna be great for family vacation since it has two bedrooms. Even though it doesn’t have AC, we found it very pleasant even during the hottest summer in Paris.(up to 35 Celsius) We highly recommend this place!

The place itself was fine. I would especially recommend for families or couples on vacation as it’s a large space and well located. I had issues with an unprofessional “bnb sitter” who didn’t clean very well and made me feel unsafe by showing up to make the bed an hour late and proceeding to text me late at night the following two nights to ask about my length of stay and then hit on me. The issue seemed to be managed well the same day. Then I came home to find the terrace doors opened which really freaked me out but must have been due to being left unlocked or something. This experience will honestly prevent me from ever booking an Airbnb for business travel again. It’s just not worth feeling unsafe while traveling alone.

This is a great apartment for a stay in Paris! It is on a quiet street in an otherwise busy area. It has a very central location, and a few minutes walk from the RER/metro station with direct trains to/from CDG/Orly airports. The beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg is a few minutes walk away, as are countless cafes, bistros, restaurants, an epicerie, groceries, etc. The apartment is in a lovely small building, and was spacious enough for us and our two teens. There are a double set of doors in the entry, and the building feels very secure. The furniture is comfortable and stylish and there was ample closet space to hang/store clothes. It is on the 2nd floor; there is a small elevator, but it would probably best be used only for luggage (or a very narrow person). There are two floor-to-ceiling windows with a small balcony, with a view onto the street. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean. We felt very at home here and I would highly recommend this apartment!
